What if I change my mind? Can I return it or exchange it for another style?
We want you to love your neevo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return it to us and receive a full refund minus the shipping cost, or exchange it in the store within 14 days.
What does the warranty include?
First, we pride ourselves on quick response and support for any issue related to the watch.

It is important to us to guarantee the quality and integrity of our products, therefore there is a 12-month warranty.
The warranty covers anything not caused by the user after receiving the product. The warranty covers, among other things, the "body of the watch", the mechanism, the durability of the wood, and the water resistance. It is important for us to note that you can shower with the watch! Of course, our watches also know how to handle rain and direct current very well.
How does the warranty work?
If there is a fault with the watch, we will ask you to send us a photo or video and thus determine whether the watch needs to be repaired or replaced.
You can leave the broken watch for repair/pick up at the branch closest to your home. (There is a map of the stores we work with at the bottom of the website).
Has the warranty expired? Did you damage the watch? Don't give up so quickly, we will try to fix it for you at a nominal cost so that you can use it and enjoy it for years.
It is important to us that you know that even though the watches are made of wood they are extremely durable.
I have a large/small wrist, how do I know that the watch will fit my wrist size?
Watches with a link strap come with a kit and instructions with which you can reduce and enlarge the strap to fit any hand.
Who plants trees?
We work in collaboration with Kekel - with every purchase we pay them and they plant a tree, once in a while there are planting days where we invite the whole neevo family - it's worth staying updated.
How waterproof is wood?
Each of the trees that passes our durability tests is coated with 6 layers of lacquer that are applied for 12 days. This way the watch remains water resistant for decades.
Do you use leather straps?
All the materials we work with are environmentally friendly.
We use fabric combined with rubber - leather-like.
Do you cut down trees to make the watches?
All the trees we work with are recycled trees - mostly from furniture made of solid wood, every tree we receive we send to 4 tests - of different weather conditions and water resistance, and the selected trees are the trees with which we make the clocks with.
What mechanisms drive your beautiful watches?
In most of our watches, we use high-quality, high-precision Japanese quartz movements.
